The seized wheels are just the start of the story because the car is in bad shape overall. Rust is the most

noticeable problem with this Challenger, as it is with other old, uncared-for cars. For almost 20 years, it has

been left outside. From the very front of the vehicle, the rust gradually works its way to the very tip of the nose.

Equally badly corroded is the driver's front quarter panel that slopes down to the rocker. Meanwhile, the weather

stripping surrounding the front windshield has completely crumbled and there is some rather substantial

corrosion on the C-pillar. The roof would have been in far worse shape if this car had a vinyl top, but it's lucky it didn't.
