Ryan begins by telling us that he just got a call from his friend Mitch asking if he wanted to come look at a 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T that he had recently purchased. The best thing is that Mitch found the car in
someone's backyard, only a few miles from his house. Mitch is now storing the automobile at a friend's shop, but he has consented to let Ryan see it and thoroughly document it. Ryan, who is a major Mopar and Challenger
lover, naturally agreed. According to all reports, Ryan's friend Mitch took over the Challenger in January of this
year, after the previous owner bought it in 1973. Mitch readily agreed to buy the Challenger after seeing it
parked behind a boat on the previous owner's property, under a car cover. Ryan estimates the Challenger hasn't
been driven in at least 20 years, and it's definitely been inactive for much longer. When we asked Ryan about the automobile, he told us:
